Add more water to bring the volume back to 1 liter, as boiling evaporates some of the water. 
2. Attach the hose and attachment piece to your enema bucket and clamp the hose. Put a little coconut oil or other lubricant on the attachment and insert it into your rectum. 
3. Lay on your right side or on your knees and unfasten the clamp. 
4. Once your solution has emptied from the bucket, clamp the hose, pull out the attachment, either invert or lay on your right side, knees to chest, and breathe deeply.
5. Try to retain the coffee enema for 15-20 minutes so you can get all the effects of the coffee. You are receiving benefits for holding it 5 min. And when you hold for 10 min!
6. When your 15-20 minutes are up (or however long you can hold it), you’ll know it. Get up slowly and sit on the toilet. 
7. When you’re done, clean your toilet, take a shower, rinse the bucket with hydrogen peroxide and sanitize the attachment
