Spring also is a season of growth and renewal. Just as nature sheds the old and bursts into new life, we can do the same by cleansing our homes and bodies to feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned with the season.

Here are some beautiful FEM-approved ways to cleanse this spring:

Organize Your Supplements 

A great reason to organize your supplements is to ensure you're actually using them effectively and not letting them go to waste!

When your supplements are cluttered, expired, or scattered in multiple places, it’s easy to forget what you have, miss doses, or take them inconsistently.

Separate your supplements into those you and your kiddos take daily and those that you reach for in acute situations like cold communications. Then, create an intentional space on your counter that actually looks nice so you remember to take them!

Here are some aesthetically-pleasing ideas for storing your everyday supplements:

-hang on a wall or inside a cabinet - this is great for organizing!

-store inside an antique breadbox or container - something that opens easily

-Decant into airtight jars and display them like you would spices on your counter or open shelving

-Use floating cubbies if you like to see how much you have left but  don’t want them all directly on the counter

-Corral everything onto a pretty tray and display on the counter

-Use a lazy susan - it rotates so you can see it all and nothing gets lost in the back of your cabinet

As you organize everything, be sure to make a list of supplements that you need to re-stock on and toss anything that is expired.

Deep Clean Your Kitchen

The kitchen is the hub of nourishment in your home. Deep cleaning and organizing to remove processed foods that might be hanging around, bringing in deep nourishment.

-Clean out the refrigerator, toss old forgotten food and wipe everything down

-Wipe down walls with hot water and castile soap

-Clean your oven using a combination of baking soda and white vinegar: sprinkle baking soda on the oven interior, spray with vinegar to create a fizzing reaction, let it sit for a while, then scrub and wipe clean with a damp cloth

-Organize your pantry and remove any expired foods or ingredients that you no longer align with. Make notes to bring in healthy alternatives
